Personal integrity and the right to privacy is MrVegas’s highest priority. The General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) became enforceable beginning 25 May 2018. Below, MrVegas explain how MrVegas protects your privacy and how MrVegas collect and use your personal data.

MrVegas is the holder of the domain mr.vegas and the trademark Mr.Vegas.

The definitions in MrVegas’s Membership Terms and Conditions shall apply also to this Privacy Policy.

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE STORE AND WHY?

MrVegas is the controller of the personal data collected through the Service. MrVegas stores and use the personal data that is necessary to provide or improve the Service which is offered on mr.vegas and other associated domains. The personal data includes IP-addresses, clicks on links and contact information.

MrVegas also store technical data regarding numbers of members, web readers, operating systems, Internet Service Providers, etc. The data is used to develop and improve MrVegas and analyse use of the Service. MrVegas furthermore store data to prevent misuse of av MrVegass services.

USE OF COOKIES

Cookies are used to provide the Service. Cookies store user click-data. Third parties also use cookies to store user-click data and track sales.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

By using the Service and MrVegass other services the Member gives its consent to the Groups storage and use of the Members personal data, including e-mail address, telephone number for calls and text messages, and other digital addresses, for digital services, marketing and statistical and analytics purposes.

MrVegas keeps a register of its members that has registered for any of MrVegas’s services. The register contains personal data such as telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, profiles and data based on use of the services.

Data that the Member directly or indirectly share by using MrVegas’s services and offers can, together with other customer data, be used by MrVegas for marketing purposes and to adapt content, services and advertisement to the Member, and for development of new services. The data on the Members use of digital services are collected by cookies etc.

MrVegas’s members consent to that the marketing may be offered by telephone, e-mail and text message and other digital channels. Marketing via e-mail and text messages are regulated in the Swedish Marketing Act.

Personal data may be shared with MrVegas’s partners. Personal Data is shared with government authorities only if required by law or official decisions.

The Member also consent to MrVegas’s sharing of personal data for the purpose of maintaining file maintenance with MrVegas’s partners. This requires that the receiving party has the right to receive the personal data and that the consent to this processing has been given to the receiving party. MrVegas only cooperate with serious partners and safeguard that the Members personal data is processed in a correct manner. The purpose is to take all necessary measures to ensure that erroneous personal data is deleted or corrected without delay at both MrVegas and its partners.

Personal data is stored during the time the Member has an ongoing membership, or for as long as the Member has consented to. The consent is valid until the Member withdraw the consent and is withdrawn if the services is not used. The consent is not dependent on use of the Service. The Member can at any time withdraw its consent, require correction or deletion of erroneous personal data. The Member can at any time, without cost, require a copy of the register from MrVegas. The Members further have the right to block its personal data from marketing. The Member can do this any time the Member receives marketing from MrVegas or from other services.

Below follows a summary of MrVegas’s processing of personal data for the purposes given in the Membership Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy and on the legal ground stated below:

DATA STORAGE

MrVegas strives to ensure that your personal data is not unnecessarily transferred to countries outside of the EEA. MrVegas’s IT-systems are all located within the EU/EEA. We may however need to employ service providers where such transfers will be necessary for support and maintenance, for example if MrVegas share the Member’s personal data with a processor or a sub supplier to a processor located or storing information outside the EU/EEA. The processor may in these cases only take part of the data relevant for the purpose. These terms and conditions shall apply between MrVegas (“MrVegas”) and its members (the “Member”) that are registered users of the service that MrVegas provides on the platform MrVegas (the “Service”). MrVegas is the registered holder of the platform mr.vegas and the trademark Mr.Vegas.

THE SERVICE

Through the Service the Member receives offers and bonuses from MrVegas’s partners and the online casinos available on MrVegas’s platforms. TERM AND TERMINATION

These terms are effective until terminated. The Member may terminate these terms at any time by contacting our customer support at support@mr.vegas. MrVegas processes the Member’s personal data to be able to provide the Service that MrVegas offers, to improve the members user experience and to develop the Services that MrVegas offer. MrVegas also processes the Members personal data for the purposes below and in MrVegas’s Privacy Policy.

As a member on MrVegas, the Member consents to that the Member’s personal data such as e-mail address, IP-number and telephone number is stored and used by MrVegas for statistical, accounting and analytical purposes such as profiling and segmenting, digital services and marketing via e-mails, text message and telephone.

The Member’s continued use of the Service after the Membership Terms and Conditions have been updated constitutes acceptance by the Member of the updated terms. It is the Member’s obligation to stay updated on the applicable terms and conditions. If MrVegas makes any material amendment to the Membership Terms and Conditions, MrVegas shall notify the Member, via e-mail or the next time the Member sign in on the Service, prior to the amendment take effect.
